Our Services

Guided by Nature  | Rooted in Transformation

At our Self Healing & Integration Retreat, offerings are designed to reconnect individuals with the natural world as a living source of guidance, healing, and personal growth. Each of our services is rooted in the understanding that transformation happens not through rigid ideals, but through meaningful, experiential engagement with life—especially the other-than-human world.

Through retreats, programs, and community gatherings, we create immersive environments where self-discovery unfolds organically and manifested by the individual. Our approach bridges timeless nature-based teachings with contemporary practices, allowing each participant to access their own inner compass.

Group Retreats

Group retreats at SHIR provide immersive, nature-based experiences for up to 25 participants. Facilitated by professionals aligned with our mission, these retreats focus on personal growth, personal practice, and community connection. Accommodations include retreat cabins, glamping tents, and personal camping, with retreat lengths ranging from 3 to 14 days. Daily activities can include meditation, forest bathing, experiential learning, and solo time on the land alongside facilitated activities.

Personal Retreats

Personal retreats are designed for individuals seeking time alone in silence, solitude, and sanctuary. These retreats offer a space for deep rest, reflection, and digital detox—an increasingly vital practice in today’s overstimulated world. Guests can choose to participate in optional offerings led by SHIR staff. Ideal for creatives, healing professionals, and spiritual seekers, personal retreats support renewal, clarity, and focused inner work inspired by the spirit of nature. An important element behind the personal retreat is the idea of sanctuary—that is, retreating during a difficult time in life to allow time and space to heal. LWP intends for the bulk of personal retreat attendees to be seeking this kind of sanctuary.

Community Events

Our community events invite locals and visitors to engage in meaningful connection with nature and each other. Offerings include guided forest bathing, open meditation spaces, and talks by local experts whose work reflects our values. We host conversations that explore how humans can live more consciously within the interweb of life. These events can foster belonging, connection, and presence in a shared sacred space.
